Our products are shipped with either Australian Post, Toll Ipec Road or Toll Priority Express.
Australia Post e-Parcel delivery times are 3-5 working days anywhere in Australia for items in stock.
Australia Post e-Parcel Express delivery times are 1-3 working days anywhere in Australia for items in stock.
Toll Ipec Road Freight delivery times are 3-7 working days anywhere in Australia for items in stock.
Toll Priority delivery times are generally next day delivery to almost anywhere in Australia for items in stock.
If you would like to confirm that an item is in stock before placing your order, simply email us at
info@tradetools.com; let us know which item(s) you are interested in and we will confirm its availability.
It is preferable to deliver to a work address to ensure that you are there to sign for the delivery. If you believe that you may not be at home for the delivery, enter your work address.
If we have shipped your order with Toll Ipec or Toll Priority, you will have to sign for receipt of your order. For this reason we request that you provide us with a telephone contact number. This number is given to our Couriers so that in the event you are not at the delivery location, you will be contacted to organise a time that is convenient for you. Alternatively, our couriers may leave a note in your mailbox with a telephone number so that you may contact them to organise an alternative time or place of delivery. We recommend that your Shipping Address should be your workplace, if there is a chance you may not be at home during business hours.
Toll Ipec and Toll Priority DO NOT ship to Post Office Boxes (PO Boxes).
