The drill will actually not operate unless the electromagnet is activated & working first. This MD300N model features semi automatic feed with a 3 position feed rate selector. This allows the operator to choose the correct feed rate for the task. Its powerful 1100 watt motor will cut up to 35mm holes when being used in manual mode and up to 30mm holes when used in automatic mode.
