+How do I print a Transaction History of my purchases?

This can be useful to quickly find out your total spend over a range of dates, in one easy to read report.

  1. Login to your VIT account here.
  2. Click or tap on the "My Account" button in the top right of the screen.
  3. Click or tap on the "Transaction History" tile on the dashboard screen.
  4. Select the dates that you want included in this report.
  5. Click or tap on the "Search" button.
  6. Click or tap on the "Print" button to print or save this report.
+How do I look up a specific sales invoice?

This can be helpful to keep track of power tools receipts for warranty & tax purposes.

  1. Login to your VIT account here.
  2. Click or tap on the "My Account" button in the top right of the screen.
  3. Click or tap on the "Search My Orders" tile on the dashboard screen.
  4. Select the dates that your order was made between or enter the invoice number or even enter the product code of the tool you are looking.
  5. Click or tap on the "Search" button.
  6. Click or tap on the "View" button to review each invoice.
+How do I update my VIT member details?

Make sure that your details are up to date, as this is reflected on all of your invoices for purchases made here at TradeTools.

  1. Login to your VIT account here.
  2. Click or tap on the "My Account" button in the top right of the screen.
  3. Click or tap on the "My Account Details" tile on the dashboard screen.
  4. Update all applicable details.
  5. Click or tap on the "Update" button.
+How long does it take to receive my VIT card?

We compile, print and send out our VIT membership cards once per month. It can take up to 6 week to be delivered to your mail box.

If after this time, you still have not received your VIT member card, please send us an email at info@tradetools.com.

+How do i change my email address?

Please send us an email at info@tradetools.com if you wish to change your email address.

+How long will it take to receive my items once I place an order?

We aim to dispatch your order within 1-2 working days. At peak times or holidays such as Christmas or during promotions, this may take slightly longer. We primarily use Australia Post and Toll Ipec to deliver your order and their delivery time frames vary by location. If your order hasn’t arrived within a reasonable amount of time, please contact us on 07 5540 7944 and we will happily follow this up for you.
