The Makita 18V Grease Gun Skin (DGP180ZBK) is an industrial application solution, providing efficient grease lubrication for a wide range of applications. Featuring a maximum 10,000psi discharge pressure & 295mL/min discharge rate, with a 1,200mm long flexible hose enabling access to hard to reach & tight spaces.

The DGP180 also features an automatic pressure switching function which maintains steady flow rate regardless of the pressure of the application at hand. The DGP180 is also equipped with convenient features such as a variable speed trigger for control over grease flow rate, & a LED job light with a manual Off & On switch. **This is a skin only, Battery & Charger sold separately.**

• 450g Cartridge or Bulk Grease –barrel suits 450g cartridges or can also be loaded with bulk grease. Optional barrels are also available for 400g or 500g cartridges if required.
• Flexible Hose –1,200mm flexible hose length for easier access & operation in tight & hard to reach spaces.

Frequently Asked Questions - Air Ejection:

If there is air trapped in the flow path of the grease, the tool will be unable to dispense grease accurately & efficiently. In order to avoid inaccurate grease dispensation, purge the air before each use.

To purge the air loosen the valve for the air to drain. Then fasten the valve again as soon as grease begins to leak out of the valve.
