The 18V Brushless 9mm Power File is designed to suit metal fabricators, locksmiths manufacturing & many other trades. The DBS180 is built with a high power Makita Brushless Motor, providing a maximum belt speed of 1,700m/min, providing rapid & efficient material removal. The DBS180 features a belt arm which pivots 160°, allowing for comfortable use in a variety of different applications. It also features a variable speed dial, providing the user with optimal control & performance for varying applications & materials, & an electric brake, rapidly stopping the belt once the trigger is released, providing the user with increased safety during operation of the tool. **This is a skin only, Battery & Charger sold separately**

- High Power Performance –a powerful Brushless motor provides a maximum belt speed of 1,700m/min, equivalent to that of the AC model
- Belt Arm Pivots 160°–belt arm pivots 160°for comfortable use in a variety of applications & allows compact storage
- Adjustable LED Light Angle –allows the user to adjust the LED light angle to match the belt arm direction for increased convenience
- Lock-on Button –lock-on button allows for more comfortable operation of the tool over extended durations & longer applications
- Anti-Startup– unintentional startup of the tool is prevented while the arm is folded below 90°, increasing user safety while handling the tool
- Variable Speed Dial –variable speed dial allows the user to adjust belt speed to suit the application at hand
- Electric Brake –electric brake rapidly stops belt once trigger is released, increasing safety to the user during operation of the tool & minimising downtime
