These Makita 18V 125mm (5") Brushless Cordless AWS Slide Switch Angle Grinder Skins with variable speed function allows users to select the optimum speed for the accessory & the application whilst leading the way in improved dust extraction technology. The AWS (Auto-Start Wireless System) allows the tool & compatible vacuum to run automatically while the switch trigger of the angle grinder is being pulled. This is a skin only, battery & charger sold separately.

Features & Benefits
- Slide Switch - slide switch with lock on
- Anti-Restart - tool will not start if switch is engaged when a battery is installed. Switch must first return to the off position
- Automatic Torque Drive - automatically adjusts speed & torque during operation for optimum performance
- Soft Start - slowly increases speed to full rpm for safe & smooth operation
- Anti-Kickback- turns the motor off if the rotation of the wheel is suddenly forced to stop preventing the tool from kicking backwards
- AWS- Auto-Start Wireless System, allows the tool & compatible vacuum to run automatically while the switch trigger of the angle grinder is being pulled
- Variable Speed- dial allows the rpm of the grinder to controlled at a range between 3,000 & 8,500rpm
