These Makita 260mm (10-1/4'') Sliding Compound Mitre Saws use a forward rail system for ultra-smooth & accurate cutting. Featuring a powerful 1510 Watt motor with soft start, which means that as tool starts up it will temporarily reduce the load, torque & electric current surge of the motor so there is little to no kick on start up. Also features constant speed control which provides constant power even when the tool is under heavy load. The bevel capacity is 45 degree left & right, the mitre capacity is 60 degrees left & right plus the dual stage dust extraction system provides a high dust extraction rate.

• Dual Stage Dust Extraction - Dust is collected from two locations, behind the fence & behind the blade. Dust collection is more efficient through the entire cut regardless of the size of the material
