The 40V Max. Brushless 30mm Rotary Hammer delivers high performance with 3.9 joules of hard-hitting impact energy. That impact energy allows you to drill holes in masonry up to a 30mm diameter quickly and efficiently. Anti-Vibration Technology (AVT) actively reduces the tools vibration through a series of count weight mechanisms and vibration absorbing housing. These designs significantly reducing the vibration transferred to the user for more comfortable use of the tool over extended periods of time. Compatible with AWS* the HR009G can be paired with a compatible vacuum for on demand dust extraction. AWS uses Bluetooth to wirelessly power on and off the extraction unit using the tools trigger. In addition, the HR009G is compatible with a wide variety of dust management options including the onboard dust extraction system DX11. This is a Kit/Combo. Batteries & Charger are Included.

The 40V Max Single Port Rapid Charger provides fast charging for Makita high output 40V Max XGT batteries. The newly designed optimum charging system is able to achieve optimised fast charging by feeding real time battery data, such as battery condition & temperature with the charger. Dual cooling fans significantly reduce charging time as both the battery & charging circuit are cooled, allowing the charger to perform consecutive fast charges.

Ensuring users have are able to stay connected with the 18V LXT platform the DC40RA is compatible with the charging adaptor ADP10 (optional accessory). With this adaptor the DC40RA is able to rapid charge 18V LXT batteries up to 27% faster than 18V rapid charging models. Ensuring the battery spends more time working & less time sitting on the charger.
