The variable speed, high pressure 5.5HP screw is finally here, giving an impressive 500 litres of free air delivery at 116PSI (8BAR). If you have a small workshop with varying air demand, this is the air compressor for you! Featuring a direct coupled 5.5HP three phase motor with an oil injected air-end, allowing a 99% duty cycle. This means you can run this air compressor continuously, unlike piston air compressors that demand a duty cycle. Suited for the industrial workshop (1-2 man) wanting that greater air flow that allows for a constant demand. Most air compressors run continuously even when you’re not using the air.
