    Product Description

    WSV Subfloor Screw

Simpson Strong-Tie has re-engineered its popular subfloor screw to reduce torque & save time. The WSV Subfloor Screw 10 Gauge Timber-to-Timber yellow zinc screws are 50mm in length with Deep T25 6-Lobe recess (improved control & greater bit life), Rimmed flat head with nibs (countersinks easily, helps to clamp & provides a clean finish) & Aggressive variable thread (provides lower driving torque, resulting in faster, easier driving). These screws are designed to eliminate squeaking floors with the combination of the thread & head design giving greater clamping force. Complies with Australian Standard  AS1860.2. Includes a T-25 6-lobe drive (BITTX25).

    Applications:

    • Subfloor, Mid Floor
    • Timber-to-Timber
    • Timber Flooring

    Features & Benefits:

    • The WSV tip & thread pattern provide easy starts & up to 25% less torque*– which leads to 20% faster driving.**
    • Less torque means less wear on tools.

    • A combination of the thread & head design gives greater clamping force to eliminate squeaking floors.
    • Can be easily backed out, unlike nails.
