How long will it take to receive my items once I place an order?
We aim to dispatch your order as soon as we can, usually within 3 working days. At peak times or holidays such as Christmas or during promotions, this may take slightly longer. We primarily use Australia Post and StarTrack to deliver your order and their delivery time frames vary by location.
If your order hasn’t arrived within a reasonable amount of time, please contact us on 07 5603 8541 and we will happily follow this up for you.
Do you ship outside of Australia.
No. Unfortunately due to supplier agreements and freight related restrictions we are unable to ship outside of Australia.
What is a Special Order product?
Special Order items are not kept in stock at TradeTools and are ordered directly from the supplier once an order is placed with us. Please allow an additional 5-9 business days for these products to arrive and be dispatched.
How do I print a Transaction History of my purchases?
This can be useful to quickly find out your total spend over a range of dates, in one easy to read report.
- Login to your TradeTools account.
- Click or tap on the "My Account" button in the top right of the screen.
- Click or tap on the "Purchase History" option on the right of the screen.
- Select the dates that you want included in this report.
- Click or tap on the "Search" button.
- Click or tap on the "Print" button to print or save this report.
How do I look up/reprint a specific sales invoice?
This can be helpful to keep track of power tools receipts for warranty & tax purposes.
- Login to your TradeTools account.
- Click or tap on the "My Account" button in the top right of the screen.
- Click or tap on the "Purchase History" option on the right of the screen.
- Select the ordered from date that you want included in this report or select the invoice.
- Click or tap on the "Search" button.
- Click or tap on the desired invoice to print or save this report.
How do I update my TradeTools member details?
Make sure that your details are up to date, as this is reflected on all of your invoices for purchases made here at TradeTools.
